We walked in and were greeted promptly. After signing in and sitting down, we waited patiently for the next available person to help us. While waiting someone else walks in. When the next available person walked out to the lobby she clearly knew the other man in the lobby and helped him first, although he didn't have an appointment. I've already been waiting for 45 minutes, and I still haven't been helped.
The owner is very unprofessional. She was very rude when I told her I would take my business elsewhere when they wanted to charge me over $380 just to file my taxes. She told me I shouldn't go around doing business like that and was very loud in front of other customers. Very unprofessional.
