Extremely expensive! They could do a lot better with pricing EVERYTHING! I feel taken advantage of because of convenience. $900 to rent 5 used books for 6 months versus $400 elsewhere. That says it all.
The place is really nice and they have many great products. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because the textbooks are EXTREMELY over priced.
When you go into a store, and the cashier recommends you go elsewhere to get things, that's not a good experience. Like come on guys, go hit Amazon for textbooks.
Update: they lost my things. I ordered books because they were cheaper there than Amazon for once (not a typical thing). They promptly lost my stuff, charged me for it anyway, and then emailed me several times. It was the worst user experience I've ever had.
