I love this office! Claudia and Dale are amazing! They represent Enterprise well and make car rental a great experience.
The service was fast and I was given a pretty nice upgrade at no extra cost because the car I reserved wasn't available.
This Enterprise Rental location is hands down the best. All the staff is kind and helpful. There main goal is to make sure your rental experience is enjoyable.I would recommend using this location if you want great service from a knowledgeable staff. What is the point of being able to make reservations if you are not guaranteed a car? Was called FIVE minutes before I was scheduled to pick up and informed that all cars were sold out. Customer Service rep offered an apology but no help with possibly renting from some of their other locations in nearby cities. I already have hotel rooms and concert tickets out of town and now my plans are shot. Thank you enterprise.
You gave me a car that I had to return the very next day due to gas fumes inside the car. Which in return took up valuable time that day. And you gave me what you called a "free upgrade" that really wasn't because it used more gas to run than the first car that i had choosen. Which cost me more money.
