This place is terrible and unprofessional. I had damaged the right-front wheel of my car and brought it to them to fix. I could not get a straight answer about my car at all. I was told it could be fixed and then it couldn't be fixed. They did not call me about the status of my car ever. When I tried to call them, I would get a message that said the number had been changed. Whatever was done to my car did not fix the problem entirely, but I still had to dish out $299. In addition, I was without my car for almost three weeks, and half of that time my car just sat in the lot. Fed up, I took my car to Barrett and Sons and they fixed the remaining issue in a day. Needless to say I will never be taking anything to Kenny's ever again.
