Didn't have anything bad to say until three weeks after I took my car in for oil service. Three weeks later my car just died, couldn't start and had to call insurance for roadside assistance. Paperwork and workers said they perform standard checks on fluids, battery, etc. They do not! The tow truck opened the battery compartment and there was corrosion accumulated around the connection. If they had checked my battery they would at least have told me that it had to be changed or had cleaned the corrosion, or give me some sort of warning. And I would have taken care of it and would not be in the position I am today! So I pay for a service that they do not even perform. Paid only for oil change, and whatever they list on the statement with the descriptions of the services it is lie. They don't check
However, since I have had issues with Express Tire just up the hill (same owner, same company) I will not be doing business here anymore after being a loyal customer for six years.
I'm very particular about the treatment of my car and these guys are on par. I watch them work and I haven't had any issues so far.
I have a toyota prius, decided to take it here because my bf has been a customer of them for a while, i paid 68.01 (I have never paid this much) and they couldn't reset the maintaince required light. I YouTube it, literally took me 2 minutes! Why would anyone change someone full price when i am not getting full service! If you have a newer car please take it somewhere else they obviously don't know what they are doing!

Dishonesty is the way to go. Utterly dissapointed. Never again taking my car there.
Very friendly and helpful. I brought my RV in for an oil change and transmission service. Most quick lube shops only flush the transmission fluid but because of my RV's age I wanted to have the transmission filter replaced. They agreed and performed the work quickly and at a great price. I appreciate them going the extra mile to accommodate my "off the menu" request.
