I will NEVER recommend this florist to anyone in the Milledgeville area...you'd be much better driving to Greensboro, Macon, or Madison. BUYER BEWARE!

I called and apparently they were delivered to the wrong address (not the one that was on my order). They apologized and promised that the florist would personally deliver them the following day (Mother's Day). I happily hung up the phone and was looking forward to seeing the flowers the following day. The next day comes around and guess what? Yet again....no flowers.
I was horrified and embarrassed; I had ordered what I'd thought was a beautiful arrangement for a special person, only to realize what has actually been delivered. When I called and spoke with FTD, and they were quite helpful. Afterward I called Flowers by Jeanie, and the person who answered denied that they had filled the order. Their business name and address stamp was on the card!
Pretty sure this was one of the worst experiences in my life. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day online 1 MONTH in advance so that there would be plenty of time to get the flowers & vase that I wanted my mom to have. I was promised delivery a day before mother's day. I received confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered so I called my mother to see if she'd seen them. She hadn't. They were nowhere to be found.
If I could give Flowers by Jeanie ZERO stars, I would!
At this point I just want a refund and don't even care if flowers are delivered...it's more the principle of the situation than anything. Another day passes and flowers finally show up...completely wrong. The wrong arrangement & cheap looking. Looked as if a child threw it together. It reminds me of one of the $15 arrangements that can be bought at Walmart & absolutely nothing like what I ordered. This arrangement had about ten flowers in it while the arrangement I ordered had closer to 60.
After the death of a close relative, I ordered a beautiful funeral spray through FTD, and the order went to Flowers by Jeanie. The product that was delivered was shocking; it was was neither the color or shape of the ordered spray, and it contained none of the correct flowers. Frankly, it appeared a hastily thrown together arrangement made from old flowers.
When I picked up my items it was alright but it wasn't worth my money cheap looking
i did not no what i needed but it didnt matter, when i told the the clerk at jeanies what i was thinking she knew exactly what to do. i got flowers for my wife and mother in law the same day after 3pm.they were really helpful. thank-you.
Ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my special someone. They got my money, but she didn't get her flowers.They even told me they would have them to her by 11am. She left the office for the day at 1:30pm. Still no flowers. I've called and no answer. Will never use this shop again!!
