I have horrible service every time visit. The customer service staff is rude and when I call to place an order I always sit on hold for 15+ mins before they pick up to tell me they are busy with other customers

We love shopping at Lowe's in Milledgeville, GA. Purchased our Levelor blinds for our country home. The employee cut them to size for us. Another employee was very helpful too in another department. Thank you!
I received very good service. The gentlemen that helped me were extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. It was a great experience. The young ladies at the paint counter were extremely courteous and helpful.
Worst experience I've ever had!! Noticed they had remnants of carpet pad for sale rolled up and tied off with the length written on top with black marker. When I got to check out the lady told me to go back to that dept and find someone who could give me a # of some sort so I can then give it to her. REALLY? I need to go chase someone down to check out?!?! Why don't you radio a Mgr or someone to find out? This lady was rude, and obviously ready to get off her shift. Will never return to Lowe's Milledgeville!!
