Absolutely horrible. They never return my calls unless they know I want to make an appointment ($30 for them). I never know who I'm going to see, and many of them are extremely rude and obviously hate their jobs. I feel sorry for the couple volunteers that have to endure bad attitudes and customer complaints. They have refused to call me back about my medication refills (which I need desperately) for three days. I'm considering filing a complaint.
I have had multiple visits at this clinic and have always been treated with respect. That's not to say you will not have to wait sometimes, but that is with every Doctor's office. They are not specialists but they will refer you to a Dr. that has more expertise then they have...No one Doctor sees and does the full scope of practice like the old fashioned "country" Dr.did. For the people that do not have insurance this is a God send. With out places like this many people would just do without medical care because they would have no options other than the Emergency Room. That would most likely be a one time solve todays problem and see your family physician ...back to square one...so I believe we should appreciate the people and clinic that care enough to give this direly needed service..Thank you Compassionate Care Clinic...
Didn't want to mix church with my medical care.
Varied hours, run with volunteers but reasonably priced...worth the money if you are poor..Not worth it if you have health coverage..( operated by the church next door)...Follow up...Complete waste...It's a cheap cold and sniffles or yeast infection trailer...any disorder that requires something that you can't find on Web MD can't be handled there...Inept..Have been treated there for four months the Dr. wouldn't listen to my history and gave no regard to my opinion..They shifted me to the Practitioner (night appts).. and she is an understudy or throw away from Rivers Edge rehab and is very reluctant to prescribe anything..She sat for a half hour twirling her hair telling me the meds I've been on for ten years that were working fine are no good and completely switched up my medications..It's cheap..45.00 visit but you get what you pay for..and as of today my scripts haven't even been called in..Run by the church next door and heavy on religion..Today I called a real doctor and scheduled a new appt..asap..I will never go back unless I am totally destitute, even then the local emergency room would be a better choice..God bless them for trying but thank God for the internet and people that can give a rational experienced review..
