I had to request a certificate of liability for a tenant in a shopping center my company manages. I had asked for the certificate a couple of times and never received it. I'm not saying it wasn't sent I'm just saying it never made it to me so I had to request again. Well I finally received a very sarcastic, overtly hostile email from Donna, Daniel, CISR. Instead of saying, I know the cert has been sent let's see if we can figure out why your not getting them,she said attached is the certificate you requested along with all the others you say you never received. I am so glad that I only had to deal with her 1 time per year. I would certainly never do business with anyone like her and will make sure no one in my very large family across south Georgia ever does either. Mr. Brown, someone in your office needs an attitude adjustment. She's not doing you any favors!
