My family has shopped at J.C.Grant Company for generations. (I think they have been in business for over a hundred and something years!) The store is quaint nothing over the top just a nice old fashioned jewelry store. They have a lot to choose from and do all kinds of service there in the store. I live in Atlanta but it is well worth the trip to deal with someone I can trust. They made my wife's engagement ring from my grandmother's diamond (Grandmother does not trust anyone but them to even touch her rings) and did an awesome job. We registered there before we got married and got lots of nice gifts from our friends and family. Every time I have been in, the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would def recommend this place!
If you want great customer at a great price, you won't be disappointed with J.C. Grant. They are the go to place in Milledgeville for anything jewelry related. Don't waste your time with anyone else!
I went in a couple weeks ago to have a watch battery replaced. The employee switched it out in about 30 seconds. It only cost $5. Since I had such a pleasant experience, I went back last week to have a necklace repaired. Although it was just costume jewelry, it was sentimental. It had broken in two places. They had it fixed in 24 hours and it looks brand new. Again, it only cost $5.

Wonderful place, tightened the prongs on my engagement ring for free in less than a minute and were very friendly :)
