When we called they said Pool is "definitely" open. Pool was closed when we arrived and after speaking to the hotel manager we found out it has not been open a single day in tbe past year!! Tried to charge me $24/night more than the price I booked online. Very dirty in the room....so gross we had to leave that night to go across the street. Also, was put in a dark area of the hotel and non guests were loitering around the basketball court and courtyard in the middle of the property...not my first rodeo...had to be at least 100 drug deals done 1 door over within a 2 hour period...SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY
I got a refund due to this place is bed bug infested! I know if we had a lot of them the other rooms had to have them to! Everything else was good, except the bed bugs!
When we first got there they asked if we would like to see the room, we looked at it and it seemed ok, and they asked if we wanted it. We said yes and my wife waited in the room while I went to pay with the desk clerk. Unknowingly the India manager with a grey beard went to the room and screamed and yelled at the top of his lungs at her to get out of the room. My wife had left her wallet inside and she asked to retrieve it, but he refused. We had to call the police to retrieve it and other small important items. He was very boisterous, loud, belligerent, unkind, unmerciful, my wife had never been so terrified in her life. I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact renter beware, this man is a monster. There are many instances that occure here I found out, and you may find yourself in the middle of a very bad one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a pleasant stay, on the contrary it may be the worst decision you ever make. There are other hotels in the area that will treat you and yours, the guests, with dignity and decency. Best to you.
Staff here are super helpful and accommodating. We ended up here after evacuating Florida ahead of hurricane Irma and could not have landed in a better spot. Rates are reasonable, hotel is clean and quiet. Definitely would stay here again!
