I have been here multiple times, each a good experience. However, the staffing choices are questionable at best. The woman running the register was rude, cut me off several times while placing my order, and overcharged my companion for an extra meal (proof on receipt), and then tried to dispute this claim with me until we showed our receipt. Then she went to the register, got the money, and dropped it on the table next to my companion without saying a word. Unreasonably rude experience to get delicious food. We may come back in a few months.
Great attitude and service... Sandwiches made neatly and full of meat!! Very affordable!!
It would be 5 Stars if they could get a damn order right!! This makes the 3rd time in a Month that they have screwed my order up! And its not even a complicated order! Please just read the order ticket!!
Food was great, service just so-so. We love Firehouse Subs sandwiches. We had the Meatball sub and the BBQ brisket. Awesome food. The people behind the counter didn't have much in the personality department. And while we ate, one of the ladies stood around complaining about personal stuff to someone else. Overall, I was not impressed with the employees but I'll always enjoy eating at a Firehouse!
This is my second trip to this Firehouse and this trip has been no better. Christy's(7:45EST) attitude flat out sucks! This is the second time that I've been in this establishment and this is the second time that I've had to have the displeasure I of having her behind the order counter. My goodness this employee has absolutely no personality! She is impolite, unwelcoming, and flat out rude.
