I would like to publically commend trooper N.B. Carter. He symbolizes the law enforcement officer that we all envision. His professionalism and service is a standard which all others should aspire to. I had a vehicle accident on highway 83 in December. He was not only polite and courteous, he also drove my dog and myself home. He is an excellent reflection on the Georgia State Patrol and law enforcement in general. Should you have occasion to encounter trooper Carter, thank him for his service to the public. Stay safe out there sir.
