So far, I have been there 3 times! Everyone has been super nice and very accommodating for all my needs! I don't understand why anyone would not have their questions answered unless they didn't ask the right person! As far as the treatment plan goes, they give you what they recommend, but that doesn't mean you have to do it if you don't want to! They also have a payment plan if you need help! I was impressed!
I was really impressed with the office staff and dentist also her assistant . No pain like other dental offices quick through and very professional in all ways. I would recommend them to anyone .
My experiences at Aspen dental have been very positive. The staff greet you with a smile and they are very patient and sensitive to your needs. The care you receive from the staff is warmer and more personal than I've ever experienced before.

They are obviously motivated by maximizing their billing. They did a new patient evaluation on me and my wife and did not do a cleaning on either of us. Gave us a treatment plan for $1700+ (after insurance) for each of us. Spent more time in the billing office than with the dentist.....what does that tell you. We left and made appointments with a private dental office. Much less expensive. Would not recommend this group at all. It's like taking your car in for an oil change and being told you need 4 new tires, a battery and a tune up.
