All my kids have been going to Kids First Pediatrics for 15 years now. And they love Dr. Kendor. She has always been so nice to us. The office staff is very nice. Dr. Kendor really cares about helping & treating her patients. She is a very good Dr. My husband, kids & I love Dr. Kendor & Mrs. Debra. The only thing that I hate is having to wait so long to be seen sometimes.
Outstanding service! Always easy to bring my child in at a moments notice & I leave the office with a clear understanding as to what's going on. We've only ever seen Dr. Brar, but are so pleased with the office staff! Anna, Sarah, Tiffany, Aleshia! You guys are great :)
VERY OUTSTANDING! Dr Bowers & Dr Kendore always answered every question & never made us feel "rushed". Boys saw them for 9yrs before we moved & loved them. Nursing & office staff are some of most helpful people I have ever met and always get answer to you even if they have to call you back.
The staff is a mess. They have the worst service ever. I hate this place. Dr kendor is great but Dr Bowers is trash and they need better staff.
None of the staff care about the patients. I waited almost 50 mins in the waiting room & no one came up to me and said I'm sorry well Dr. Kendor was late. Even though that doesn't have nothing to do with me. My 6 month old baby was becoming dehydrated after she was throwing up that Friday night. The next day I took her to the emergency room, which they gave her something for her vomiting. After the vomiting it was then diaherra. So early that Monday morning I called at 9:05 a.m. to be exact. After telling them what was her problem. She says we can get her Wednesday. I stated I needed it to be sooner than a Wednesday. She say Tuesday at 11:00. And then she says her stomach bug will have to wear off. All I have to say if you don't care about the people you are working with, why did you go in that field?
