I came up here to have a hearing test done for S.S.A, and this was back on July, 17th 2014. It was an appointment for S.S.A, and a report was made, and they have 30 days to send an report back to S.S.A well its the 29th of Aug. and S.S.A still has not received the report. I have tried calling this office and everytime the Answering Service Answers. What is going on?

I came to the ER late in the afternoon. My friends dog took my nose almost completely off my face. Dr Lockhart had been on call for several days and it was almost time for him to go home and have a couple of days off.
He came in and took over and I couldn't have felt more at ease. He has the best bedside manner and I felt like he was going to take care of me like my own father would. He made me comfortable and told me he was gong to make everything good again. If you saw my injuries you'd be absolutely amazed at the job he did. I was in surgery for 2 1/2 hours and I barely have a scar. Most people don't notice unless I tell them. He stayed late for me and I can't and haven't been able to tell him thank you enough!
I went once think i got to go again But he seems like a good doctor

Very rude lady answered the phone today. All I asked was how much my appointment would cost. The first visit is $185.00 by the way.
