went in for an apple watch, got talked into switching from verizon to them, was told my plan would be cheaper- that i would also get direct tv on my plan for same price i was paying verizon for just my phone lines, 6 months later- my direct tv isnt combined with my cell phone plan like att said it would be- so now i have two separate bills to pay- along with a tv service i didnt want, but was TOLD i HAD to combine them to get a cheaper plan price. Also, traded in 4 phones to get my "rebates for trading in" which is a croc of poop! you wait 12 weeks for them to tell you that your phone lines arent on eligible plans to get the rebates, so you turn your phones in for NOTHING, and still have a HUGE bill from verizon to pay on top of the bill from AT&T! NOT a satisfied customer AT ALL!
