Horrible customer service, employees are rude as can be and very unwilling to help. I waited in line one time for a good 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 people in the store. Prices aren't bad but you can save a little by ordering from Amazon.
Ive been going to this gaming store since it was Rhinos. And it had never had bad service.
I try to support local brick-and-mortar stores, but I simply cannot abide this location's terrible customer service any longer. After years of being a loyal customer, I will now be spending my substantial gaming budget anywhere but here.
Great place custermer service on the other hand sucks , went to trade my games in The guy issac told me he couldn't trade went down the rd , video bizzar and got 15 plus a game ... dude was just rude sorry
This place has changed so much, I haven't been in a while and its amazing how much awesome stuff they can fit into that little space. Anyway, the service was rather mundane, but still, it wasn't rude. I went to sell some games and they sold for a surprisingly low price. But 4 stars because the employees can't help that.
