I have received the best customer service from Manager William Milton! He was very respectful and kind to my co-workers and I! He turned are experience around and showed us what a five star experience was all about! He Personally Delivered our food right to us! Thanks Again!

Absolute WORST customer service. Went to dine in on my hour lunch break and was unable to get my food. My co worker and I ordered off the 10 minute lunch menu and were in the restaurant a total of 73 MINUTES!!! The timer had went off and I had spoken to the waitress and manager about the the wait!! At this point we had to ask for our food to be put in a box. Another 24 minutes went by and they are still boxing the food up! We then speak to the manager STEVEN JOHNSON! He has obviously had no manager experience and he was extremely rude. Needless to say we left with no food and exceeded our lunch break time! POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS BEST!!!
