Came in with family from Florida during Hurricane Irma Evacuation. Taco Bell was clean and staff was prompt with the growing line. We received our rather large order, finding 2 out of the 5 Chulupas being incorrect. I walked to the counter and said "excuse me" to the gentleman to get his attention, he asked what was going on, I let him know they were supposed to be steak Chulupas. Manager stepped in and verified we indeed paid for steak and she said we could go ahead and keep the incorrect ones as well. The same gentleman then brought the corrected order to our table. I feel this Taco Bell went above and beyond to provide me our family with friendly, quality customer service.
It's taco bell... staff is usually very courteous. The managerial staff are top notch. The food quality is usually above your standard taco bell. Great for a quick bite with a hint of Mexican cuisine.
Tonight was one of the worst experience that I had at PBC. After being seated my girl and I waited almost 15 minutes before anyone came and ask us what do we want to drink. So waiting 15 minutes we knew everything we wanted to order. So we gave her our drink order appetizer order and main course our all at once. It told ten minutes to get our drinks that's too long for a cup of water and a Sprite. Then about 15 minutes pass after that before we got our appetizer. But low and behold our main course arrive less then 5 minutes after we got our appetizer. My girl cup was empty and the waitress was at the table behind us but never looked at our table. I guess she couldn't multitask. Now I think I know why it took her a so long to see about us because it look like she can only do one thing at a time. I usually leave a 20 dollar tip (or more for an excellent waiter/waitress). But even my girlfriend talked me out of it. I will go back because we usually eat there during lunch time. And the waitress during lunch knows how to treat us.
Used to love it here, especially late-night. The company cleaned house, got rid of all of the good employees. Now all they have is lazy unprofessional people working there.
I love taco bell BUT........ you can order an item and they make it all WRONG. I guess they don't think you realize it....... Then.u order they put a small amount of ground beef i the center of a chalupa then OD ON SOUR CREAM LETTUCE AND
