Most times this place is great with food and service. Tonight was an exception on both. But overall based on many previous visits I'll keep it 4 star.
Waitress was super sweet and wasn't that busy, some food was cold and steak wasn't cooked to order. The chicken Mac and Cheese dish my wife got was good until she pulled a label out of her food.
Food is always great. The time it takes to get the food and the service well that's another story. The Manager was pleasant and explained the hour plus wait for food/silverware/napkins etc. You know the usual. Anyways, yes I will return with hopes of get to by my food before closing time. --today's experience!
One of the best Applebee's I've been too. Will come to again. Very interesting music, not what you typically here in an Applebee's, much less any restaurant in Georgia.
The Applebee's in Milliageville is a nice restaurant, their services could use some drastic improvements. First, they took our orders at the same time, but delivered them in such slow succession that we were unable to enjoy a family meal together. Secondly, they were informed that we had an appointment at 2 pm, but their slow service and unwillingness to be reasonable caused us to run late. Last, when we paid for our ticket using their automated system found on our table, they tried to add additional charges to our bill after I had already paid the bill. We may, or may not, every eat at this Applebee's again. Very disappointing indeed.
