THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

The only reason this IHOP even got 1 star is because there's no option to give negative stars. The wait for our food food was over an hour. It was cold and barely looked cooked. There was a hair in some of our food and we were only offered a 20% discount on the dish. That's the most distasteful discount I have ever heard in my entire life. I would never wish my biggest enemy to eat at such a disgusting place. Do not go there unless you have a death wish.
First it took over an hour for us to receive our food. Our food was cold and overcooked. To make matters worse I found a hair in my pancakes. The manager only offered 20% off my meal. No aplogly or concern just a measly 20% off. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT POOR SERVICE!
OMG it was sooo slow and when the food did get there it was warm at best. Restaurant was only about 20% full at best.
Service is excellent. I give a special thanks to mrs.tammy she is really sweet, she apologizes for any big or small problems. I really recommend that during Monday,Tuesday,wendnesday,Thursday,& on sundays, and I promise that you will be excellent. And I understand that sometimes the service isn’t so good but mrs.tammy will change your experience.
