Enjoyed the quite and clean dinning area The staff was fast and friendly the food though was a little of a key down chilli was lacking flavor and chicken was a little cold
My son enjoyed his food. Service was a little slow. They needed another cashier to help speed things up.
Food was fine, but service leaves A LOT to be desired. The cashier inside was way more interested in talking to, and joking with, everyone in the back than he was interacting with the customers. Incredibly slow service in terms of actually taking orders. They were out of spoons at the condiment station, and one of the ice machines and ketchup dispensers were empty. Tried to let the staff know and no one seemed to care. You could hear people playing around and joking in the back despite the line forming in the lobby. Now I understand why the drive thru takes so long sometimes.
Willing to wait, they said they only had 1 potato and it would take 45 min for the rest, while also giggling at the fact that I still wanted to order and this wasn't even the cashier. Maybe if someone told Shatoria to stop flirting and to actually do her job, people wouldn't have to wait so long for a potato. This was around 5:30, they weren't busy or packed. Captain D's turned out to be a much better option, and they were a bit cheaper. Only had to wait 10 minutes there and they were packed inside and out. Great renovations, same crappy service!
Service sucks! Messed up order everytime! I do not care for the service here the cashier was polite but the workers making the orders do not pay attention at all to what they are doing! They messed everybody's order up while I was in there. The only thing I care for is the chili and frosty, but the chili could use a little more flavor, I have to add salt!
